Refunds

Return Shipping

We recommend using a trackable shipping service, as we cannot guarantee receipt of returned items.

Order Cancellations

Orders may be canceled before they are processed and shipped. Once an order has been shipped, it can no longer be canceled and must follow the return process outlined above.
